I strengthened her nasal tip using extended tissue from inside the nose to increase projection while simultaneously making her nose less upturned. This makes the tip stronger and narrower and prevents widening upon smiling. No direct nostril narrowing was needed. An added benefit of strengthening the internal structures of the nose (as opposed to simply laying materials on top of the existing nose) is that the nose can be made almost perfectly straight. The bridge was built up using tissues from behind the ear- notice her right ear appears completely normal. When the nose needs reshaping rather than increased bulk, no rib is needed. This is a 3.5 hr operation with a 7 day recovery. No bones were broken. I call this an Organic Rhinoplasty because no synthetic materials are used.
